Community of Evangelical and Pentecostal Churches for All Nations (C.E.E.P.N) is a Non-denominational Church.
Non-Denominational Churches are those who mobilize people to build a personal relationship with God compared to any other association.
The executive committee
Serving as advisor and support for the head patrons managing all aspects of staff employment in coordination with the human resources committee
The executive committee shall have general responsibility for the office of the congregation.

1 Visionary of the denominations
The one who received the vision from God. God calls churches and families to work.
together for the Glory of God and advance of the Gospel.
The purpose is to give freedom to the dream and think as a visionary to see what others don’t see in a way that adds value and propels the church’s overall.

2 The legal Representative
It’s the person appointed to represent a denomination to another foreign land.
They are given legal authority by the judicial system to represent a denomination in a country.
3 General Assembly
The general assembly presents a witness of truth and justice in our community and in the world community. It sets priorities for the church and establishes it.
Christ is the head of the church of God. The general assembly under the guidance of the Holy Ghost who is the highest governing authority here on earth.
4 Director committee of the church
The primary purpose of a church board is to provide spiritual support and take the lead in financial and operational decisions.
Board members are called to develop, implement and continually evaluate the church’s mission, vison and value statement.
The church board of directors hold very important positions of the church.
A board of directors is responsible for ensuring that a faith community and its employees comply with laws and regulations that govern the organization without embezzlement. It is not for profit.
5 Regional Committee
The function of this is for legal and administrative reasons. These activities/committees will require positions. The Regional committee job of planning general conferences and deal with matters in the central conference of the church
Each region shall have a regional committee that allows representation of all members’ movements and related groups, defined by the regional committee.
- To encourage, strengthen, mature, support and respect the pastor to promote unity in the church; through the assembly region provided for worship, for education of their regional committee members.
The Regional Committee has three representatives.
- President of committee
- Treasurer
- Secretary
The Treasurer represents the church in an official capacity within the church body and outside the church body.
(Banks, Vendors) In conjunctions with the pastor, the treasurer has the critical role of maintaining the business integrity for both financial and the legal matters.
The treasurer is the officer of the board responsible for overall administration of the financial assessment.
The church treasurer works with the church board of ministers to manage the church’s finances and attend to general bookkeeping, fundraising and taxes.
General Secretary
The office of general secretary is responsible for developing and maintaining data pertaining to a church of God.
The general secretary is a mature follower of Jesus Christ who provides God led servants’ leadership to the global partnership known as international needs
